Buyer Agency, Seller Agency, Limited Representation and real estate employment agreements will all be discussed. This class explores the various ways a client can be represented along with the disclosures that are required to be made. You will learn how to cover your ass-ets and protect your commissions. 

Ethics: It's A Legal Imperative Too! (Commissioner's Standards) COE credit available The Arizona Revised Statutes and the Arizona Administrative Code dictates how real estate is to be done. Our REALTOR® Code of Ethics adds another layer of responsibility. Learn about the penalties and fines that can be a result of violations as well as which violations are most common and how to avoid them.
